Those that need the income and face a poor public school are exactly the ones that might need a voucher the most. Income qualified, Check. Local public school not up to academic average let alone better? Check.

Sure, fix the local school! All that becomes un necessary. Not fixed yet? Let the parents do or decide what is needed. Around here going fundy just is not a risk like it is in the Bible belt.
