I don’t understand something about the “person of interest.” I thought reports were the guys were firing from a parking garage. The guy in the photo is down on the street. The shooting seemed to be very targeted at the police. I would think the snipers were in place and didn’t just walk by police all over and position themselves in the garage later to open fire.
