So, basically most of them. I’m not in control of most of the software I write. A Disney worker cannot publish any art; it is all owned by Disney. Papers written and published in journals are owned by the journals; a writer actually has to get permission to cite their own work in later papers. Music contracts include clauses about what control the artist has vs the company.

Yep. Any PCB artwork I produced belonged to the Company I worked for. Hell, I even had the Executive Chef demand my Lasagna recipe by claiming it was somehow the companies IP because I brought it in a couple of times* for a Dept. pot luck. Needless to say I just laughed at that one.

* Edited to add, I used the companies oven to bake it so it was fresh and piping hot and that was the basis of his claim.
