The argument should be squarely framed around bodily integrity and nothing else (imo).
The natural right to own one’s own body.

Everyone can hate abortion.
It is legally, morally, and constitutionally wrong to suppress the natural right of another person to control their own body.

Bodily integrity is the purest civil liberty.
