If SDNY found evidence of Russia->GOP funding could the prosecute? They are obvi focused on NY state laws the NRA has broken.

But Russia/GOP evidence uncovered in this investigation could legally be used in another from an entity with legal jurisdiction? By the FEC, which is notoriously under funded and under staffed?
