Apparently there is no penalty for doing this. You don’t even risk a suspension from Twitter. This will be the dirtiest election in US history.

Another reason I asked about Hunter Kelly’s options. But (IANAL) impersonating someone, or using a false name with criminal intent is a crime, and creating false social media accounts surely counts as impersonation.
