Republicans need to start fighting back. This is a knife fight and their bullshit collegial ‘my esteemed colleague’ approach doesn’t work…mainly because the Democrats started the knife fight and know they’re in one.
One idea is for Republicans to start using the words Radical and Extreme in all of their talking points describing the Democrats. The Democrats and their media PR firm have been labeling everything extreme when it comes to Republicans, no matter how patently untrue. And it works. It’s branding and they have succeeded in associating that word in much of the public’s mind with Republican and conservative ideas.
And there’s an added bonus for any weak knees that might think this is going over the line……..it’s actually true when describing Democrats.

Time to goddammed fight back and start using their tactics on them. I’m tired of this fight being a one way street.

I hope you’ve sent along these excellent ideas to your representatives, state and federal. States are in deep sh*t right now and are frantic to have anything passed so they have money to operate. We don’t want them to be that desperate, but without other options left—what are they going to do? WHAT A MESS!
