Any contractors here? Question:
We’re putting a bid on a house tomorrow for about 700k. That’s a chunk o’change. Well, my wife just called to say that another house we’d looked at that we also liked was still on the market with the price reduced to 525K (a much smaller chunk o’change). But the 525K house is only one floor. Does anyone know what the estimated cost of adding a master bedroom and bath on top of an existing house would cost (per square foot is fine).
