If you WANT a NHC System you’ll have to live with all that comes with it, the good AND the bad

meaning,,, YOU won’t get to pick a doctor, you’ll be assigned one

And what differences do you now see state to state!?!?!?

How can you call it a market based system when the customer isn’t able to access the two things that define value? Cost and Quality?
