That’s just it. Even tho he is gone, it’s what he has wanted for the last few weeks. I feel bad that I feel bad. I should be happy for him. No more pain and misery.

You’re allowed to mourn the loss, and the fact that he didn’t have a longer and easier life, and still know that he’s at rest, and feel happiness about that.

I know that’s facile. It’s still true.
