‘Baking soda and salt’ is what’s in buffered isotonic saline. So, they’re just diluting your blood. The only place it will ‘wash out’ is your kidneys, which generally retain in the filtered blood any molecule over about 50,000 Daltons molecular weight, let alone any actual enormously larger cell-sized objects.

This is, of course, ignoring the fact that cancer cells are not only not fungus, they’re actually still you.
