At what point of an attack is someone allowed to fight back? I don’t think she is swinging a punch as much as flailing about, but, really…what is the allowance for fighting back to protect oneself? Cop or no cop, when you’re threatened (and this is most definitely a threatening situation) at what point are you allowed to protect yourself?
I just watched the video again and it does look like she was trying to defend herself when he had her in a chokehold. But remember, to the fascists we’re supposed to fully comply with the officer’s demands and never fight back/defend ourselves even when what they are doing is over the top.
