Too many in white America are afraid to be honest about racism and it’s unfortunate because we need this conversation.

there is individual racism and systemic racism, some people flee into the argument that “I’m not racist, I have black friends” and refuse to see the bigger issues, others insist that Democrats are keeping blacks “on the plantation” with government giveaways just to buy their votes.
