True, that is a point. Doctor Who was having a problem with this.

But, if you show him on Christmas here, you have a 50%+ chance of him saying something foul.

Then BBC America and AMC get calls and yelling, and then you have a shitshow.

I’m well aware of Clarkson’s political and personal views. I just tend to treat them as secondary to the humor that’s generally on display in an episode of Top Gear.
