If what they’re trying to do is block the traffic, then that’s dumb. I have no idea why any protester ever thought that tying up bridge traffic was somehow a good way to make a point. We’ve all been stuck in traffic on bridges, it sucks, and willfully doing that to other people just seems mean.

What is gained by it?

Not sure! I’m not calling it a great strategy so much as I’m posting it as an interesting update
