They’ve a “plan”? This is the first I’ve heard of it. So far as I’ve ever heard, every time they’ve tried to come up with an alternative, they’ve either found it impossible to cover as many people as the ACA will or they found that the proposal fell apart unless they imposed their own version of the individual mandate.
