BTW, patient is in a world of hurt over here. He finally took the oxycontin and he never takes that stuff as a rule.

The patient needs Nurse Ratchett to get him to behave! You are waaaay too kind. That he is taking oxycontin is for him unusual, and please tell him that his body is sending him a message.

Trust me: there is only one word that is appropriate when a male is sick, post-op, etc., and that word is:

MEN
