I do wonder (as a teacher) what Ryan and McConnell were like as kids. I already know something about Little Donnie. Trump would have been the class goof-off, coasting through on his family’s money and a natural gift for conning people. But I can’t get a reading on Ryan and McConnell.

Lying sociopaths, both of them. You can’t tell people it’s a good deal to not have access to or guarantees of healthcare while telling them it’s a good deal for them (lying) and smiling while doing so (sociopathy).
