This dough came together a lot easier than I expected. Fairly wet, but quick bread type doughs often are. I think it may be so in order to trap more air/gas into the dough to help with whatever rising it ends up doing. I just have to be careful to make sure itβs properly done all the way through before pulling it from the oven.
Most of the recipes I make tend to be thick and sticky. Let me know how the wet comes out.
