Why cake?

Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing - yummmmmm.

On my mind just now because that’s what I made for the Roi’s birthday yesterday; and it fell apart as I was trying to put icing on it and putting the layers together. It was most likely the ugliest cake in all of cakedom. You really couldn’t have a piece of cake, it was more like you got a glob of cake. But it’s more than half gone already, so I guess it was OK.
