Their susceptibility to food fads is yet another reason I think the yuppie infestation is self-limiting. Their tender arteries won’t take a lot of this pork belly stuff. Just wait till a fad develops for French home-cooking. Fried potatoes with cream-cheese sauce anyone? They’ll be grabbing their chests and falling over dead at watering holes and trendy boutiques from coast-to-coast.
