Judge Won’t Block Pennsylvania’s Voter ID Law

I thought this was toast after the state official in charge of the law said they didn’t “know what the law says”. Or, because the process is a presumption of guilt before being “proven” innocent.

The state admitted the law does not stop the most common type of voter fraud, and the PR group that the state hired to “educate” people about the law is run by Republican insiders.

Now it’s up to the state Supreme Court.
