Taking ‘nap’ literally & not as a euphemism:

10-15 minutes of unstructured meditation works as well for me as a 60-90 minute nap.

I never would have guessed this & realized it purely by chance. Nodding off one afternoon, I decided to deal with my meditation procrastination before napping. After the meditation timer buzzed, I was surprised to be no longer sleepy. As a rule, I don’t need the nap even if I doze off during meditation.

It works for me. Others’ results may vary.
