So is his judgement lousy for having these conversations or for getting caught? No one thought this of Weiner before. Sure, he’s always been bombastic and sensational, but he’s hardly an ineffective politician if you ask any liberal household.

His judgement is lousy because:
1. as a rule, men and women do not send unsolicited pictures of their genitalia to people who are essentially strangers
2. in the 21st century, I expect my Rep to understand how the internet works
