Sacrilege!

This reminds me. I was in a hurry shopping a few weeks back and mistakenly grabbed a box of Quaker 1 minute oats. I have never used them…It doesn’t take a long time to cook the Old Fashioned type.

So, I cooked them according to the instructions, took one bite and said…yuk. I gave them another chance…took two more spoonfuls and that was it. They were awful. They didn’t even have the same flavor to me.

Oh well. I use ground up oats in meatballs. I’ll try putting them in my next meatball creation. I hope they don’t mess even those up.
