Like I said, the state of Hawaii has spoken, the case is closed. Well, it should have been closed a long time ago since there was never any proof supporting the contention that Obama was born in another country or that the state of Hawaii is part of some conspiracy to hide that.

That’s the problem with conspiracy theory types, whether it’s those 9/11 Troofer idiots or the Nirth morons. No proof is needed, since it’s a conspiracy, don’tcha know? No amount of evidence, or in those two cases, lack of evidence will suffice to conspiracy aficionados.

The person I feel terrible for is Governor Lingle. The woman’s got a whole state to run, and her major contribution to American politics right now is repeatedly holding up the president’s birth certificate and announcing “No change. Born in Hawaii. I’ll be in my office.”
