That’s what I’m thinking too. Even his previous defense of O’keefe was overzealous. He was obviously caught red handed doing something very illegal and Breitbart went on TV spinning the difference between “phone tapping” and “Interfering with phones”. Any normal employer would condemn any illegal activity, wait for the trial and fire him if convicted. O’keefe isn’t really that important to Breitbart’s work. I think Breitbart is laying the groundwork for what revelations may come out about his involvement. Their fates are tied together at this point.
