Speaking of the economy, remember how the wingnuts have spent virtually every day since June screaming [wingnut”Q2 4.2%! WE’RE IN A BOOM!”[/wingnut]? And notice that they haven’t said shit about Q3?

Yeah, that’s because Q3 slowed to 3.5%. And the economic forecast for Q4 is looking even poorer because of that trade war we’re “winning.”

I’ve got this feeling things are going to go bad next year. I mentioned up above, the stock markets are slightly below where they started the year. The unemployment numbers haven’t changed, nor apparently have real wages for a year and a half (at least). Economic growth seems to be falling off. Inflation, though still historically low, is ticking up ever so slightly.
