Well, yeah, what I mean is that it doesn’t seem to be frivolous, i.e. there is something to discuss further here, not some outlandish CT.

I’d like to hear more of his story but I’d bet the judge gets overruled. I’m wondering how she decided a U.S. secretary of defense doesn’t have personal immunity in a situation like this.
