I believe the AG’s office wont begin that process until after the appeals are completed, because the unwinding of any such transaction would be cost prohibitive, plus they have a court appointed monitor to make sure that assets are not moved around without the government knowing. They could attach liens against all those properties in the meantime to preserve their right to recover the damages awarded.

The sale will likely be happening, but not right away.

But nothing prevents them from starting of process of untangling all the liens and getting true valuations of what they are actually worth. Plus monitoring to prevent further shell games by Trump.
