I’m guessing the 14 decapitated and 88 shot are a reference to the 14 words spoken by David Lane.

“We must secure the existence of our people and a future for white children” and of course 88 means Heil Hitler 8 being the the 8th letter of the alphabet so 88 means HH.

I’m skeptical of there being too many Neo-Nazis that can count to 88 however.
