I asked a similar question the other day, on a local community blog, with a lot of progressives on the blog… I asked if Hasan was not military, and if he was subject to the standard public laws, whould hate crimes charges be added to his list of alleged crimes.

Crickets… not one single answer. They didn’t want to touch that one. It didn’t fit their model.
