Copyright violations. Lots of them. He’s a serial pilferer of images that don’t belong to him, even in fair use terms, precisely because he’s trying to sell his site as a news org and he’s slapping his inane watermark on everything as if that gives him some kind of rights. Seems to me that the holder of copyright should contact Chuckles’ ISP for a takedown notice. AP should likewise be contacted for a similar takedown notification of Chuckles.

And all those watermarks is proof that he’s stealing content, and not just attempting a fair use.
