I doubt it, the collection was made for the White House’s gift by the American Film Institute, and they’d know the format. Also, many players are multi format anyway.
Another point is, that Brown could not keep the gift anyway if it was worth more then a few hundred bucks. He even gave away the bomber jacket he got from GW to charity. The Saudi’s tend to give very expensive gifts that end up in the National Archives collection someone’s back pocket.
