Who’s excusing this behavior? You are the one making excuses for actions that could get our troops killed.

To be fair, I don’t feel that they should not exercise their first amendment rights simply because it may create PR issues for the Army.

I think they should not exercise their first amendment rights because what they want to do with them is morally repugnant.
