How do you define ‘moral’ vs. ‘ethical’?
I just did. Morals are subjective, usually rooted in superstition / religion / mysticism. They’re untestable, simplistic. Your bible says something is a sin so it’s a sin.
Ethics is an actual study in and of itself. It tries to be objective, seeks consensus, and can be challenged and tested without threatening an entire worldview.
Morality is emotional, gut level and raw. Ethicality is intellectual, more easily articulable, reasoned, and amenable to alteration.
