The usual apologetic explanation:

1. Those are the main commandments, so whatever one thinks of the other several hundred, these stand.
2. 9 of 10 are mirrored in the NT anyway.
3. (optional) the ritual commandments (pork…) have lost their power, but morality is absolute, so all the moral commandments (incl. about teh ghey) are still in force.

I’m still waiting for the memo from God approving those corrections.
