Howie Carr is fond of Faux-cahontas and Lie-awatha. When Howie starts talking about illegal immigration there is no dog whistle involved he lets his bigot flag fly.

He used to love homophobic slurs (“Call the Boston Globe, I’ve been raped!”, after the paper did a spotlight on prison rape.) Not so much now.

I wonder if he still punches down. I haven’t seen for myself since the column in which he made fun of some poor woman with bad eyesight who was trying to feed glass jars into the soda bottle recycling machines. Even if I didn’t have the eyes of an 80-year old man, I would be upset.
