I am horrified by these terrible stories.

But I have a second feeling that is growing as well.

That is - Did these suffering people vote for the monsters who put in these laws? Do they now understand the monsters have made their home state a place of danger not safety? At what point and what actions do they have personal responsibility for their own well being? At point are they not victims, but volunteers in their own suffering?

It’s in Texas, and the person who contacted her knew her because she read her tweets. I suspect this person did try to vote for the right people.
