What gives? This an Open Thread?

I feel very bad for the Palestinians who desire peace and coexistence and whom are willing to compromise etc. They do exist there.

Hamas almost reminds me of the Republican Party and when they wrested control from the Democrats in 2000 with big talk and even bigger promises… which they promptly threw out the window with the baby and the bath water, then everything went down hill from there and they self-destructed.
