Correct. My argument is that Liberty University is not 100% private and relies heavily on government student loans, grants, and scholarships in addition to relying on public infrastructure.

I’m in the field, and it’s shocking to me that they are allowed to use Title IV funds. Same thing with Bob Jones University - it blows my mind.
