You never can tell. Some of my former students have been models, but nothing much came of it for most. One girl was a print model in her native Pakistan and then became a singer/dancer/actress. Barbizon is very well known, and I’m sure they’ve got connections everywhere, so your daughter might have a bright future.

Modeling looks easy, but it ain’t. My students convinced me of that. It’s like acting — lots of idle time standing or sitting around looking pretty until bossy people order you around to act on camera exactly the way they want you to. Again and again and again. Takes stamina, I think.
