Wouldn’t this bullshit violate that whole “unreasonable search and seizure” thing in the Constitution? Just because a woman drinks a lot in a bar doesn’t mean you have the right to force a pregnancy test on her.

Not sure it’s about ‘forcing’—might be like the breathalyzers that were ‘made available’ for those who wanted to (mis)use them. My favorite bit of logic from the article: “… he opposes expanding family planning services because taxpayer dollars shouldn’t “finance other people’s recreation.”
