He really is. He acts like some kind of… I don’t even know of anything comparable… I’ve seen gangsters in the hood with more gravitas. I think maybe he’s a mental case, a malignant clown.

There does appear to be something wrong with him. Never seen anything like him. Like a Hollywood movie villain from a B-movie.
