You know what I think? Let’s just see what happens, and continue planning for the long game. Winning a couple of special elections would be good. Winning several regular elections in the long term would be much, much, much better.

Beefing up team (D) at the state and local level is the key to just about everything. It’s scary how close the Republicans are to being able to unilaterally change the constitution into some wingnut perversion by controlling enough state legislatures.
