I can guarantee you he’s not stockpiling gold or hoarding food. He has a well balanced portfolio of stock and bonds. He preaches about the inevitable downfall of the dollar but negotiated a 5 year contract to be paid in dollars and not gold. Same with his audience. They aren’t fleeing the country because they think we’re doomed. It’s all a show.

Actually, Killgore, he’s Mormon, so Beck probably does have a 1-year food stockpile. But that’s not actually a bad thing. The gold stuff is bad, but having some food stocked up can be a very good thing indeed.
