And that’s the thing isn’t it. A lot of Bernie’s supporters don’t believe he’s a regular politician even though he’s held some form of federal office since 1990. ARt’s right. If they could just acknowledge that they will and have gone negative, I could respect that but the way they portray it as Bernie the good, white knight of progressive socialism versus Hillary the bad, black knight of centrist corporatism just frustrates me.

I’m not going to get too frustrated over what they say right now. After the nomination, it’ll be a different story.

On the other hand, purity arguments aren’t going to convince me to support Sanders for the nomination, because, as you said, no one is pure. And getting shrill in their attempt isn’t going to change that.
