I understand that. NYSBA is a professional organization, not the entity that handles bar admissions or disbarment. The Appellate Division of the NYS Courts ultimately rules on the bar status of Rudy or anyone else who engaged in malfeasance and violated Code of Professional Responsibility or other related laws/rules.

Someone on a forum where I dropped the bombshell dug that up, didn’t see that clarification in the thread, so dropped it there for completeness. No criticism intended.
