Hmmm, those look a bit like something (mice? voles?) were running around under the snow before it melted off.

Still, voles sometimes live communally so they’re socialist enough to be VC. Best to flush the tunnels with gasoline and them drop in matches. If parts of any little red books come flying out we’ll pull back and nuke the field from orbit.
