re: #242 doppelganglander
I haven’t read it. Can you explain what you mean?
It’s the tale of a rebellion in Texas, provoked by the US government as run by a stand in for Hillary Clinton. The female general who’s a villain throughout much of the piece is probably recognizable to a lot of military types, but not me.
The thing is, the book’s point is that the Federal government provoked an unwilling and reluctant Texas to defend itself, and precipitated a general rebellion. It wasn’t done by an insurance plan. It was done by armed intervention by the Feds against private citizens in Texas.
It’s not a bad book. Buy it used, you might enjoy it.
